PETER AND JOHN FIBRE BIOTICS has three specific natural ingredients. All of these ingredients are from natural sources to maintain healthy intestinal bacteria and ensure regular bowel movements.

Each capsule contains :
Psyllium Husks 517.5mg
Inulin (Natural prebiotic) 225mg
Probiotic cultures 7.5mg (Lactobacillus plantarium, Lactobacillius rhamnosus, Lactobacillus bulgaaricus, Lactobacillius acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum)
Encapsulation aids.
No added yeast, gluten, wheat, egg, dairy, soy, artificial colors, preservatives, flavours and sweeteners.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily. For enhanced dose take 4 capsules daily.
Children 6-12: Take 1 capsule daily.
Recommended to increase water intake.
All doses to be taken daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
