Each capsule contains :
- Psyllium Husks 517.5mg
- Inulin (Natural prebiotic) 225mg
- Probiotic cultures 7.5mg (Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum)
- Encapsulation aids.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
- Adults: Take 2 capsules daily. For enhanced dose take 4 capsules daily.
- Children 6-12: Take 1 capsule daily.
- All doses to be taken daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
