PETER AND JOHN EVENING PRIMROSE OIL provides a rich source of omega-6 fatty acids including gamma linolenic acid (GLA) to support the health of hair, skin and nails as well providing support for the premenstrual period.
Each capsule provides 1,000mg of Evening Primrose Oil. Peter & John Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) 1000mg is a high quality cold pressed oil.

Each capsule contains :
- Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg
- Providing 10% GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid)
- d-Alpha Tocopherol (Vitamin E 2IU) 2mg
- Encapsulation aids.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
- Take 1-3 capsules daily.
