Propolis is a natural substance that bees make using resins and gums collected from plants and trees. Bees use propolis to strengthen and protect the hive. Propolis is high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidantflavonoids, and has anti-bacterial and has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
- Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.
- For enhanced dose take 2 capsules daily.
- All doses to be taken daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
