PETER AND JOHN MSM POWDER provides a form of organic sulphur which is vital to the creation and regeneration of the body tissues including cartilage, ligaments, tendons, skin, hair and nails. Sulphur is a naturally occurring mineral in the body found in the muscles, skin and bones. It supports healthy connective tissues, joint function, enzyme activity and hormone balance, along with a healthy immune system.
MSM provides the nutritional support for joint maintenance and repair. It naturally and effectively supports joint comfort and healing.

100% Pure MSM (Methylsulphonylmethane) Powder
no added sweetener & flavourings.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Adults: mix 1/2 teaspoon in a glass with water or juice. (½ tsp is equiv. to 1,500mg)
Take in the morning and during the day, up to three times daily Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
There may be some clumping of contents during storage.
This is normal when no free flow-agents or fillers are present.
Use a spoon to disperse clumps.
CAUTION
Keep out of reach of children.
Store below 30°C in dry conditions.
Do not use if cap seal is broken.
