PETER AND JOHN MENOPAUSE FREE includes Soy isoflavones (genistein, daidzien and formochanin), a natural source of plant oestrogen. This is useful in helping balance out healthy hormone levels. The combination of herbs and other ingredients are specifically formulated to help to reduce and relieve the symptoms of menopause.

Soya bean ext. equiv. to 2,400mg (Providing Isoflavones 6mg), Rehmannia glutinosa root ext. equiv. to 400mg, Phellodendron amurense bark ext. equiv. to 200mg, Cornus officinalis pulp ext. equiv. to 250mg, Paeonia suffruticosa bark ext. equiv. to 200mg, Lycium barbarum fruit ext. equiv. to 225mg, Dioscorea opposite root ext. equiv. to 250mg, Poria cocos herb ext. equiv. to 200mg, Alisma orientale rhizome ext. equiv. to 200mg, Coptis chinensis root ext. equiv. to 200mg

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Take 2 capsules daily.
