PETER AND JOHN EVENING PRIMROSE OIL provides a rich source of omega-6 fatty acids including gamma linolenic acid (GLA) to support the health of hair, skin and nails as well providing support for the premenstrual period. Each capsule provides 1,000mg of Evening Primrose Oil. Peter & John Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) 1000mg is a high quality cold pressed oil.

Providing 10% GLA (Gamma-Linolenic Acid)
d-Alpha Tocopherol (Vitamin E 2IU) 2mg
Encapsulation aids.
No added yeast, gluten, wheat, egg, dairy, soy, artificial colors, preservatives, flavours and sweeteners.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Take 1-3 capsules daily.
All doses to be taken daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
