PETER AND JOHN CERTIFIED ORGANIC FLAXSEED OIL contains the essential fatty acids Omega 3 and 6, as well as the non-essential fatty acid Omega 9, in balanced ratio consistent with the body’s needs. The Omega fatty acids in Flax Seed Oil (also known as linseed oil) support normal brain function and the healthy functioning of the nervous system. Flax Seed Oil may assist with dry eye, skin moisture and support immune system functioning.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Take 1-2 capsules daily.
