PETER & JOHN HAWAIIAN SPIRULINA 1000mg is a superfood made from a Blue green algae that are grown in Hawaii. It is a rich, natural whole-food multi-supplement in an easy to swallow capsule. Spirulina is a vegan source of protein and vitamin B12 (although a subpar source of B12 which may not be well absorbed), and is quite high in protein as well at around 55-70%. Ideal for any age from children to the elderly.
